3. Declaration

a)	I/we hereby apply for membership of the Company on the terms of the Memorandum and Articles of Association adopted upon incorporation of the Company and as amended from time to time.
b)	If accepted, I/we also agree to comply with the current Rules of the Federation and Code of Practice (which may be amended from time to time), copies of which I/we will be sent.
c)	I/we note the obligation contained in the Memorandum of the Company and repeated in the rules, to contribute up to the sum of £5 to the Company's assets in the event of the Company being wound up when there are insufficient assets to meet its liabilities.
d)	I/we confirm that I/we do not have any unspent convictions howsoever related to Housing Management.
e)	In the event that I/we join the NFRL Property Insurance Scheme, permission is granted for details of classes and gross values (excluding addresses) insured to be passed to the Federation.
